Delivery Information

At BagKraft, we work hard to despatch all Next Day items as promised. However, there may occasionally be delays beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We do not profit from delivery charges all fees are based on weight and location. Please review the delivery details below carefully before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues arising from incorrect customer information.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on all printed bags and packaging. Please note that additional charges may apply for split deliveries or for deliveries outside the UK mainland. Delivery times vary by product and are clearly shown at the point of ordering.

For many items, we provide both standard and express delivery options. The express service includes a small surcharge to cover the additional handling and courier costs.

Please note that delivery times are estimated and are calculated from the date your artwork is approved. Your dedicated account manager will keep you informed of any updates to your delivery schedule.

While we always aim to deliver on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control. That said, we take pride in our prompt deliveries and clear, proactive communication.


Delivery Addresses

We deliver to addresses across the UK and Northern Ireland. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete. We recommend using a business or residential address. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 8am–6pm. Residential addresses may receive deliveries up to 8pm, at the courier’s discretion. For Saturday or timed delivery, an additional charge applies.

Delivery to non-mainland UK locations (e.g. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man) may incur a surcharge. During checkout, charges will be automatically calculated based on your location.

Note: We currently do not process orders to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe through our website. Please contact us directly for assistance.


Next Day Delivery

If selected and items are in stock, orders placed by 3pm will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Some items may not qualify this will be noted on the product page.

This service is only available to UK mainland and excludes certain postcodes and pallet orders. Next Day Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on courier performance.

A surcharge may apply if the order is below our free delivery threshold (£50 ex. VAT).


Timed & Saturday Deliveries

We offer optional timed delivery slots:

  • Next Day by 12pm – Orders delivered between 8am–12pm

  • Next Day by 10am – Orders delivered between 7:45am–10am

  • Saturday Delivery – Orders delivered Saturday between 8am–12pm (orders must be placed by 3pm Friday)

Additional fees apply and are shown at checkout.


Delivery Instructions

You may leave special instructions/Notes box, but couriers may not follow them for security reasons. If you request items be left unattended, this is at your own risk, and we cannot offer compensation for loss or damage.


Packaging & Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on order weight and location. Our website reflects these charges accurately, but in rare cases where costs vary significantly, we will contact you before shipping.


UK Delivery Policy

A signature is required for all deliveries. If no one is available, a calling card will be left. You may contact the courier to arrange redelivery or collection. After 3 failed attempts, goods will be returned to us and additional charges will apply.

If the delivery address is incorrect or changed after dispatch, a rerouting fee will apply.

Please note: Next Day and Timed Deliveries are not guaranteed services.


Order Shortages & Damaged Goods

Please inspect your order upon delivery:

  • Sign as “Unchecked” if unable to check contents immediately.

  • Do not sign for damaged parcels. Sign as “Damaged” and contact us immediately.

We must be notified of shortages within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.


Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived, please notify us promptly. While we aim to deliver within stated timeframes, BagKraft is not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.


Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, we’ll back order it automatically and notify you by email. You may cancel at any time for a full refund.
