BagKraft offers fully bespoke canvas bag manufacturing, tailored precisely to your brand’s requirements. Ideal for larger production runs, our service is designed for custom sizes, Pantone-dyed fabrics, full print coverage, and added accessories  helping you create a high-impact, distinctive product for retail, events, or launches.

We offer a variety of canvas fabric weights, with 10oz being the most popular choice for durability and structure. Stock fabrics include natural, black, and a selection of standard colours, ready to be manufactured into your custom bags. For fully customised colours, Pantone-dyed canvas is available with a minimum order of approximately 2,000 bags (based on a standard size of 380 x 100 x 420mm; higher minimums may apply for smaller sizes).

Our canvas bags are primarily manufactured in India, where we have built long-standing relationships with trusted factories for over 15 years. We visit regularly to ensure consistent quality and maintain high ethical and production standards.

Ethically produced and high-quality, this versatile cotton is ideal for both retail and promotional use.

GRS-Certified Recycled Cotton
Made from verified recycled materials, this cotton meets the Global Recycled Standard (GRS), offering a sustainable option without compromising on strength or quality.

GOTS-Certified Organic Cotton
Made from 100% organic cotton and certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS), this premium fabric ensures eco-friendly, non-toxic, and ethically sourced production.

Approval Process
We will provide a PDF proof for your initial approval. Once approved, we typically produce a printed production sample for final sign off. The sample allows you to review the bag’s style, print quality, and material before full production.

Production samples usually take a couple of weeks, depending on the bag’s complexity and whether the fabric is dyed. Please note that for dyed fabrics, the sample dyeing process may differ slightly from bulk production due to manufacturing constraints. While we strive to achieve a close match to the Pantone colour provided, a 100% exact match cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of the fabric and dyeing process

Production and Delivery Times

Standard Delivery – Sea Freight (12-16 Weeks)
Delivery by sea typically takes 12-16 weeks and can vary based on the complexity of the bag, quantity ordered, and whether fabric dyeing is required. We’ll confirm an estimated lead time when your order is placed. While we include a buffer in our delivery estimates, sea freight can be subject to unexpected delays, so we recommend allowing extra time where possible.

Express Delivery – Air Freight (4-6 Weeks)
Air freight is available for full or partial quantities if you have tight deadlines. While faster (typically 4-6 weeks), it is significantly more expensive and has a higher environmental impact. For urgent needs, we suggest air freighting a small quantity with the remaining balance sent by sea. Full air freight delivery is also available if required.
