Welcome to BagKraft.
These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders, quotes, and interactions with BagKraft Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
All estimates are based on our current production costs and are subject to change at any time after acceptance to reflect any increase or decrease in these costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate at the time of invoicing.
All work undertaken at the customer’s request, whether experimental or otherwise, will be charged accordingly.
For printed bags:
Any alterations made after the first proof, including style or content changes, will incur additional charges.
We accept no responsibility for errors in proofs that have been approved by the buyer.
Goods are sold without warranty of suitability for any particular purpose unless explicitly agreed in writing.
We will endeavour to match colours as closely as possible, but an exact match cannot be guaranteed due to variations in materials and processes.
While we aim to provide materials matching samples or specifications, all contracts are subject to acceptable manufacturing tolerances and are not deemed to be contracts of sale by sample.
A standard tolerance margin of ±10% is applicable to all material thickness, dimensions, and quantities delivered. Final invoice will reflect the exact quantity supplied.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not binding. We shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.
Risk Transfer: Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery.
Claim Limitation: Claims regarding non-compliance with specification are limited to replacement of the goods in question.
Damage / Non-Delivery / Shortfall: Must be reported in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Goods must be signed for as "damaged" or "short delivery" at the time of receipt.
Any property supplied to us by the customer is held at the customer’s risk. We accept no liability for damage or loss, except due to our proven negligence.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel performance of any contract in whole or in part due to events beyond our control, including (but not limited to) natural disasters, war, strikes, shortages, or supply chain disruption.
Changes or cancellations to confirmed orders must be made in writing. Any costs already incurred will be invoiced.
Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
For first-time orders, full payment may be required in advance.
Late payments may result in delays in production or delivery.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
These Terms and any related contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return unwanted unprinted goods.
Returned items must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
Refunds will cover the value of the goods only; delivery costs are non-refundable.
Customised or bespoke goods are non-returnable, except in the case of defect or error on our part.
