BagKraft’s express printed paper mailing bags offer a fast, reliable packaging solution for e-commerce, retail and online orders, with both single-colour and full-colour (CMYK) printing available. Manufactured from durable 110gsm natural brown kraft paper that is FSC® certified these mailing bags combine rapid turnaround times with strong sustainability credentials.
Available in four standard sizes in natural brown kraft paper, our express printed paper mailing bags are ideal for small to medium print runs, seasonal promotions and branded e-commerce packaging. Supplied pre made for faster printing, they offer low minimum order quantities without the longer lead times associated with fully bespoke packaging.
Designed for secure and convenient shipping, the bags feature two self-seal adhesive strips and an easy-open tear strip, making them suitable for both initial despatch and customer returns.
Printed using water-based inks, our FSC® paper mailing bags provide a recyclable, paper based alternative to traditional plastic mailing bags.

While we are committed to delivering the highest quality, minor imperfections or slight colour variations may occur due to the printing process nature of printing on pre-manufactured bags with an uneven surface. Please note that custom printed bags are non-refundable in cases of slight imperfections or colour variations.

- Printing large solid areas is not recommended with this process
- For best results, please provide vector artwork or images at 300dpi
- Supply artwork in CMYK. Pantone colours will be converted and exact matches can’t be guaranteed.
- White is not available as a colour option since it cannot be digitally printed
- Please note that colours may vary or appear darker when printed on brown paper
- We may need to make minor adjustments to your artwork to suit the printing process. If we have any concerns or cannot use the supplied artwork, our team will contact you
