Our Fast Track Printing service involves overprinting directly onto pre-manufactured tote bags or using either digital or screen printing technologies. This method is optimised for speed and cost-efficiency, particularly for short to medium production runs. 

At BagKraft, we offer a fully bespoke solution for fabric tote bags, with manufacturing available in a wide variety of styles and custom sizes. Our service allows for full-coverage printing with minimal limitations, giving you maximum creative freedom.

We provide highly competitive pricing for larger production runs, making this an ideal choice for clients looking to create fully customised tote bags at scale. A range of fabric weights and grades is available, and fabrics can also be dyed to match specific Pantone colours (subject to relevant MOQs).

MOQs vary depending on the bag style, fabric colour, and quantity required. Below is a general guide:

• Fast Track Printing – UK printing on stock bags - from 100 bags

• Bespoke Express Printing – offshire production Generally 1000 bags, but dpeepnding on the specifiation we can sometimes manufacture smaller quantities

• Bespoke Standard Printing – Offshore production Generally 1000 bags, but dpeepnding on the specifiation we can sometimes manufacture smaller quantities. 

• Dyed Fabric - Pantone dyed fabric with a minimum order of approximately 2,000 bags (based on a standard size of 380 x 100 x 420mm; higher MOQs may apply for smaller sizes).

Our minimum order quantities vary depending on the bag specifications, but we always aim to be as flexible as possible. Where fabric is in stock and production capacity allows, we may be able to produce smaller quantities to suit your needs

• Fast Track Printing – UK-based printing with standard delivery in 7–10 working days, and express delivery available in as little as 3–4 days.

• Bespoke Express Printing – Offshore production with typical lead times of 4–6 weeks.

• Bespoke Standard Printing – Offshore production with lead times of approximately 10–14 weeks, depending on bag specifications and current shipping conditions.

We understand that timelines can be tight, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate urgent orders. This may include printing a smaller quantity in advance or arranging special production schedules to meet your deadlines. Whatever the challenge, we’ll work with you to make it happen.

Yes, we offer a variety of sustainable packaging options, including recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable materials. Please let us know your sustainability goals when placing an order.

We prefer vector formats such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf with outlined fonts. CMYK color setup is recommended for digital printing.

As standard, we provide PDF proofs for approval prior to production. For certain products such as Fast Track printed paper bags we can also offer printed samples for a small additional fee.

Bespoke samples are more complex. In some cases, we can produce pre-production samples, but these may involve higher costs due to setup and manufacturing requirements.

We also offer previously printed samples or plain, unprinted samples to help assess material quality and overall finish before placing an order.

Yes, we serve both domestic and international clients. Shipping costs and lead times will vary by location.
