Printed Goods Policy
At BagKraft, we take pride in the quality of our printed bags and packaging. All printed items are custom-made to order, which means they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or do not match the approved specification.
Custom/Bespoke/Printed Orders - No Cancellation or Return
Once your artwork has been approved and your order has entered production, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or changes. This is because printed goods are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold.
Faulty or Incorrect Printed Goods
If you believe there is a fault with your printed items or they differ from the approved proof:

You must notify us within 2 working days of delivery.

Contact your account manager or email us at hello@bagkraft.co.uk with:

Your order number
-
Clear photographs of the issue

A description of the problem

We will review your complaint and, if the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.
What is Not Considered a Fault
We cannot accept returns for:

Minor variations in colour, size, or finish that fall within industry tolerances.

Customer errors in approved artwork (e.g. spelling mistakes, low-resolution logos).

Delays caused by courier services, once goods have been dispatched.
Please review and approve your proof carefully before confirming your order.
Damaged Deliveries
If your printed goods arrive damaged in transit:

Sign for the goods as “damaged” and notify us within 24 hours.

Provide supporting photos of the packaging and products.

We will arrange a resolution in line with our courier claim process.
