SmartLuxe represents BagKraft’s latest innovation in machine made luxury paper bags. This new to market design has been developed to deliver the premium appearance of traditional luxury bags while offering more competitive pricing through fully automated production.

Manufactured in the EU from high quality FSC® certified coated board, SmartLux bags combine consistent quality with reliable lead times, available from just 4 weeks.

Unlike conventional hand finished luxury bags, SmartLuxe is produced in a single machine made piece with neatly formed side glue seams. This advanced construction removes the need for additional reinforcements while delivering exceptional strength, suitable for carrying up to 10kg. The inward folded base creates clean, crease free front and back panels for a refined retail presentation.

The range is currently available in six sizes, produced from 210gsm coated board and finished as standard with a protective matt or gloss water based varnish. For enhanced durability and a more premium feel, optional lamination upgrades are available in matt, gloss, anti-scratch, or soft-touch finishes.

Lithographic printing ensures high impact branding and premium retail appeal. Whether you require precise Pantone spot colours or full-colour CMYK artwork, SmartLux delivers outstanding print clarity and colour accuracy. Premium embellishments, including metallic foil blocking and spot UV varnish, are also available to elevate your design.

All bags are fitted with elegant satin ribbon handles, securely glued into the turnover top for a clean, luxury finish.

Printing plates are included in the price. If foil blocking is required, an additional die charge applies to your first order (based on a maximum foil area of 20%). The die will be retained for future orders (kept to 36 months). Larger foil areas may incur additional unit and die costs.
