We offer a wide range of standard machine-made sizes, making our water-repellent paper mailing bags a cost-effective choice for high-volume orders. Manufactured from sustainably sourced brown or white kraft paper, these mailers are strong, recyclable, and designed to withstand the elements. Unlike plastic alternatives, they naturally decompose and are easier to recycle, meeting the growing demand for sustainable packaging solutions.

Water Repellent Coating

Our key innovation is a water-repellent, water-based coating that protects your parcels from rain, splashes, and brief exposure to moisture during transit. This sustainable coating maintains the eco-conscious integrity of the bag while providing essential protection.

Please note: The coating may affect label adhesion. We address this by including a varnish-free area for courier and address labelling.

Bags are available with either bottom or side gussets and can be supplied with a single or double adhesive seal strip for easy returns. A tear strip can also be added for customer convenience.

Custom Printing with Flexographic Printing

Our water-repellent mailing bags can be custom printed using high-speed flexographic printing which perfect for solid colours and bold, line-based designs. We use water-based, eco-friendly inks and support up to four Pantone colours, ensuring your branding stands out while staying environmentally responsible.
