MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities) vary depending on the box style and specifications. While we can produce printed boxes from as few as 250 units, the cost per unit is significantly higher at lower volumes. For better value, we typically recommend a minimum of 1,000 units.

Delivery times vary based on the box style, specifications, and production location. We manufacture from facilities in the UK, Europe, and the Far East to offer flexible lead time options:

• UK Production: Typically 2–3 weeks, depending on order complexity and current capacity.

• European Production: Around 4–6 weeks, depending on the box style, specification, and quantity.

• Far East Production: Including shipping, lead times are usually 10–14 weeks, based on the destination and order details.

Yes, we offer a range of sustainable material options, including FSC®-certified paper, as well as recyclable, biodegradable, and compostable materials. Please share your sustainability goals when placing an order, and we’ll guide you to the most suitable choices.

We are proud members of the Carbon Balanced Paper programme, giving you the option to offset the carbon impact of the paper used in your packaging. You'll also receive a certificate in your company’s name, confirming your use of Carbon Balanced Paper.

Only paper sourced from certified sustainable origins either FSC®-accredited or recycled is eligible for carbon balancing.

We prefer vector formats such as .ai, .eps, or .pdf with outlined fonts. CMYK color setup is recommended for digital printing.

As standard, we provide PDF proofs for approval before starting box production.

For bespoke projects, pre-production samples can be arranged, though these may incur additional costs due to setup and manufacturing complexity.

We also offer previously printed samples or plain (unprinted) samples to help you assess material quality, structure, and finish before placing a full order.
